TIPSA's Oil Cooler is designed for low maintenance cost, low energy consumption using 3 hp premium efficiency motors, minimal noise output, and is constructed primary of stainless steel. The system doesn't uses its capacity to cool down compressors, that optimizes operation efficiency.
Construction specifications.
Coils.
Our heavy-duty coils are built with 3/4" HYLSA 40 schedule tubing. They are assembled, welded and galvanized according to the systems required capacity. The coils are then tested at 300 psi of pneumatic pressure to ensure hermetic seal. The coils are evenly spaced and have enough distance between them for easy cleaning.
Water Pump.
The centrifugal water pump is designed with precise dimensions to provide a maximum of water flow. It has a cast iron hermetic impeller, a motor-shaft, a directly coupled mechanic seal and a vertical stand. The pump is located outside of the condenser to prevent the possibility of corrosion in the inner motor components.
Condenser Case.
The case is built with No.18 stainless steel sheets with reinforced panels and joints, providing a very strong anti-corrosive surface.
Base.
The base is constructed of structural U shaped 1/4" and 1/8" base sheet metal with a precise drop ensuring optimal water level at the suction end and then finished with anti-corrosive Amerlock 400 paint.
Air Fans.
The blades are made of high-tension aluminum engineered for heavy-duty workloads. The fan blades are coupled directly to the motor-shaft of two low velocity motors, which provide an efficient and quiet operation. The base is made of 10 caliber stainless steel sheets while the motor support is made of 14 caliber stainless steel sheets. This provides high strength and rigidity eliminating fan vibrations. The system also increases the efficiency of each fan by containing a fiberglass vent that increases exit air velocity.
