TIPSA's Sanitary Water Chiller is needed in every system that requires product cooling (tuna fish, shrimp, poultry, meat, vegetables, etc.) using cold water that is free of hazardous agents.
Construction specifications.
Coils.
The coils are built with 316 schedule 20 stainless steel tubing and covered with 2B finishing. They're arranged to form curtains with headers at both ends and they are tested at 150 lb pneumatic pressure. Inside the water chiller the coils tubes are arranged in a stair like water fall which optimizes heat transference. Each system is custom fitted with the proper number of coils needed according to the necessary capacity.
Case.
The outer case is constructed of 304 caliber 18 stainless steel sheets and covered with 2B finishing. The inside of the case is covered with Foamular 2" poliestirene thermic isolating plates and then recovered with either stainless steel or fiber glass depending on the systems specifications. The top is arranged stainless steel, thermic isolated removable hatchways that make inner equipment inspection much easier.
Tray.
The tray is built with caliber 14 stainless steel sheet metal that has enough slope to make cleaning fast and effective. Water distribution tray. The water distribution tray is mounted directly on the coils which allows the channels to distribute the water equally over each curtain. It is built with caliber 18 stainless steel sheets. Each tray is custom made for the exact water volume it will be handling.
Cleaning.
The walls and ceiling are easily cleaned by water vapor, hot water, detergent or any other standard cleaning process.
